Turning Casual Website Visitors into Confirmed Appointments

The assistant was trained using anonymized historical consultation data to improve relevance while maintaining strict privacy compliance.


Outcomes and Impact

Within six weeks of deployment, the agentic AI interacted with over 3,500 website visitors. Of these interactions, 27% resulted in confirmed appointments—representing a nearly tenfold improvement in conversion rates. Three factors contributed to this outcome.

First, instant engagement reduced bounce rates and increased average session duration by 42%. Second, personalized, context-aware questioning built trust and reduced decision uncertainty. Third, frictionless, end-to-end booking eliminated the need for external redirects or manual follow-ups. Notably, approximately 40% of appointments were booked outside normal working hours, capturing previously lost demand.

Beyond increased bookings, the clinic experienced a 35% reduction in receptionist workload, allowing staff to focus on in-clinic patient care.
